Martin Anderson: From First Step To Full Potential

It was great to chat to Martin Anderson, CEO and Founder of Lemon Contact Centre on this episode of The Source Force Podcast.
Martin was inspired at a young age through reading a book written by Richard Branson. The idea of that someone could own their own island fascinated him, driving his entrepreneurial spirit.
Starting his career journey through an apprenticeship at ComCast, Martin used his existing skills to found Lemon Contact Centre alongside his wife Lesley. When founding the company, the co-founders didn’t focus on fulfilling a ‘gap in the market’. They worked together to bring something new and fresh to the existing market.
Martin and Lesley took their small business to a multi-million turnover company with a large workforce. Martin said the key to this scalability was through hard work; not being trapped by perfection; and having trust in the workforce to do their jobs effectively without the element of micromanagement.
Martin gave young entrepreneurs and career driven individuals great advice in the importance of problem solving and direction in their long term goals.
