Taylor founded The Source Force in 2025, driven by a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for inspiring the next generation. Taylor was always exploring ways to create and connect: whether it was selling sweets at school (even fidget spinners when they were all the rage!) or building an Instagram meme account that grew to over 100k followers.

This creativity and drive led Taylor into the world of marketing, where she had the privilege of working on campaigns with some of the biggest household names and incredible musical artists. But behind the achievements, Taylor understood a challenge that many young people face - the uncertainty of choosing a career path. 

​

In school, the focus was was always on 'the next step' - college, university, and so on - but conversations about the wide range of possible careers were rarely had. Online resources were limited, and Taylor often found herself struggling to discover what opportunities truly existed.

That's why she launched The Source Force: to bridge the gap between industry and the next generation. The platform was created to give local businesses a voice, while providing young adults with valuable insights, exposure and inspiration to explore career paths they may never have known about.

Alongside building The Source Force, Taylor is also pursuing a career as a Quantity Surveyor. She is currently working in the field and is studying for her Quantity Surveying degree - further proof of her belief in lifelong learning, resilience and the importance of carving out your own path.

At it's heart, The Source Force is about sparking conversations, opening doors and showing young people that there's no single path to success and that their potential is limitless.
