Meet Our Founder

Taylor founded The Source Force in 2025 with a simple but powerful mission: to inspire and empower the next generation. From selling sweets at school to running a meme account with over 100,000 followers, Taylor has always had an eye for creativity, connection and hustle.

But growing up, she noticed something missing: real conversations about real careers.

With limited online resources and little exposure to the wide range of possibilities out there, she often felt stuck. The Source Force is the platform she wishes she had - and now it's here for you.
